Phase 1 — Immediate Use: Renovate the existing church hall for pujas and classes.
Phase 2 — Land & Sanctum: Acquire/expand land and establish a garbhagriha and main mandir hall.
Phase 3 — Cultural Wing: Classrooms, kitchen, prasadam hall, and event facilities.
